This morning my bike wouldn't start.
After having contacted Pitmans Motorcycles I was very pleasantly surprised with the friendly and speedy help and offered solution.

This is my first contact with a motorcycle dealership in Adelaide since I moved here from overseas, and I'm glad it's this one!

Hi just bought my Honda motor bike from Yamaha. Doug pitman was great is service and discount on items was number 1. I have done business with him before will continue to do so in the future.

I turned up at 4.30 PM on Mondy Thursday needing some work done on my motorbike, without which I wouldn't have been able to ride it on the Easter weekend. Doug got the work done without hesitation and without questions. I wasn't even a regular customer and it was my first visit to Pitmans. I'm so happy with their work that I'm going to visit this shop before going anywhere else when I need bike parts or accessories in the future.

I had the good fortune to be served by Ben at the Spare Parts and Accessories section. Ben was both knowledgeable and friendly, immediately helping me source the parts I needed, and offered insight and help with the aftermarket accessories I was looking for. Ben offered real-world advice based on his personal social and racing usage.

I will come back to Yamaha Pitmans just for the service I received from Ben.

It is a very good shop for dirt bikes and motocycle gear.
